This Friday's Feature is Lisa @ Read. Breathe. Relax.! So you should go check her out and follow her! Now, for the question...
I'd have to say, Breaking Dawn was the worst book I've ever read and completed. The writing, the character "transformation" (they simply became someone different from Eclipse to Breaking Dawn), and the descriptive scenes....I disliked it all. I thought most of it was disgusting, followed by boring, and poor writing. The first and second book of the series weren't that bad, but I still don't care for the series as a whole. Breaking Dawn was the straw that broke the camel's back. I hated it, and I'd never suggest it to anyone. Sorry, Stephanie Meyer.
Although I do admit the writing for Twilight was horrible, I also found it got quite alot of people to start reading. After they finished the twilight series, they wanted more and moved on to greater and better works. So I think twilight was a good series in that way! New follower! :)

ReplyDeleteThe Cait Files
@Maria - Yes, that is the Twilight series' only redeeming quality, and I like it for that. :] It's great that it got so many people to read.
ReplyDelete@Cait - Awesome! :D
Your blog's so cute!
ReplyDeleteI've never personally read Breaking Dawn, but I know I couldn't get into Twilight. =/
Hopping through. I love the Twilight books but I understand why people don't. I didn't like BD at first because it wasn't what I wanted out of the book. But I've gotten used to it and learned to like it.
ReplyDeleteNew follower!
